Thanks for letting us know about the call. Todd is enthusiatic for sure. I can't imagine him saying that about the valuation unless it has some truth behind it. I have posted before the "over" or "plus" means a lot more than just over $500 M.

As far has the initial pre-approval from the NAZ to move forward with the IPO, I believe we can certainly get that in 2-4 weeks. The IPO complete and trading? That would be remarkable.
