The populations of the UK, France, Germany and Italy are all between 60-80 million people each. The US is roughly 5X larger. Add that Innova's website says they are in 20 countries already and have sold 400 million tests.
Clearly, Innova won't get all the world's testing business, as each country wants to
buy within their own country, but I think Innova could make a good business just from the difference between local production and the gigantic unfilled world need for testing. Scaling to 50 million tests/day production has to make Innova the low cost leader, and when your talking billions of tests, pennies matter.
