No way will anyone sell billions of dollars of leronlimab thirty years from now.
Leronlimab is a totally, totally accidental tourist in everything except HIV.
Throughout LL's development, no had any clue what CCR5 was involved in.
With LL success anywhere, everyone will go back and study up on CCR5 abd CCR5 pathways.
And when they do more effective solutions will develop.
Certainly a good bet that CCR5 pathway will sell billions and billions in 2051, but probably not leronlimab although perhaps a close cousin.
