We agree on that. Age needs to be considered. There is no point in being the richest guy of the graveyard.
Let's still not forget that we are a pre revenue biotech company. Once revenues will start kicking in things will change dramatically. Trials will speed up and we can afford hiring 15 further talented people similar to M. Rahman. We are at the beginning of exponential growth & development.
