AZ and JJ aren't mRNA. That's why I specifically differentiated the point about new vaccine technology. Moderna and Pfizer (both mRNA) are the two everyone is using now, and they are working vs the strains for the time being. They won't work forever, but the are already having a major impact on the current numbers. The trials were almost 100% at preventing progression to severe, and at the current pace, we'll have over half the USA vaccinated before summer.
