You can tell a "puff piece" by it's self-contradiction. Someone was assigned to make that headline, either for clickbait or to push vaccines that will soon be rendered moot by viral evolution. Possibly both.

Also, "protect most people from becoming infected" is just scientifically wrong. Quality Journalism here.
