I wouldn’t make much of a company parking lot being empty during covid and on a Sunday. Writing and testing reports can all be done remote. What would require employees to be in an office if really all they are doing is getting data cleansed ( probably already done ) , unblinded ( also can be done remote and already done), and then writing, testing and finalizing the reports (easily done remote ).. if you look at many biotech companies the only buildings that is occupied by people during covid are the labs and manufacturing. Gilead is close to my house and it’s vacant and that is a very large company campus. Just the hands on labs and manufacturing people are at work
