It's exciting that Innova and QMCH are doing live controlled experiments at music venues in Paris. Everyone attending had to test negative. It got lots of publicity from the press.
The biggest takeaway is one that got no press. While testing at a venue is great, there is still potential positive cases that could present to be tested at the door.
The biggest takeaway is that when Home Antigen Rapidtests are approved, everyone can test at home the day of the event so they can just show their green negative result on their App at the door. Tremendous convenience, time and expense savings.
Innova's distribution in the UK makes their case for wider use to curtail the virus spread and they seem ready to go upon approval by the FDA.
