I, too, had my first Moderna injection last week. I don't know what kind of needle was used, but I didn't feel a thing. Actually, the entire process was handled professionally and expeditiously.

Also, I have children and many friends who have had the second injection. Their experience was similar to mine (maybe some soreness at the injection site.). However, each experienced flu-like symptoms along with severe fatigue after the second injection. They advise crossing off a couple calendar days to allow recovery time.

In case anyone takes offense as to why children (adults) have been given the vaccine, it is due to inherited compromised immune systems.
