I’m not sure how do-able it would be but In reference to the employee bonus, could joe buy them off the market once money starts rolling in and then give those to employees? Thus avoiding dilution and at the same time reducing the churn? I’d be all for that. Disclaimer I’m not against the employee bonus giving new shares to them either. People who do hard work deserve to get compensated for it.
