With ~130 in SOC, 43 deaths would be 33%.
A few recent studies seem to converge around there for 28 day mortality for SOC.
56 deaths would be 43%.
38 deaths 29%.
Just some guides... Please WAG responsibly.
Given the FDA's comfort with MABs in general and LLMAB'S proven safety, I think an EUA would be given with as low as 15% reduction in mortality.
