KGEM from what I understand about the nasdaq process is that the entire process is confidential. I sent an email asking them a bunch of questions.
I asked a bunch of questions about the uplisting and I got a response from someone by the name of

So from what I gathered, the entire process from start to finish is confidential and the company is notified and then they decide when to tell shareholders.

An application can take up to eight weeks to process but in many cases takes a lot longer due to a variety of issues including the issuer not being prepared to move forward and the issuer not being in compliance with all listing criteria.
Applications can be amended at any time and amendments in and of themselves don’t necessarily result in a longer processing time.
Applicants can track the process of their application by contacting Nasdaq.
Applicants, but not the general public, are notified as soon as an application is filed.
Applications are generally being processed in a timely manner at this time.
