Toodles, it is my hope we will not have to wait for Rule 15c2-11 to be implemented. I thought Dalton was fairly emphatic (for Dalton) when he said fully reporting and Nasdaq in the first quarter of this year. So, while I do not want to wait until March 31st, that should be the longest we should need to wait.

I suppose something could push this out further, but he did say I believe twice that we were on track. So lets get this puppy moving.
