What I think is that individuals are more more apt to use the app regularly if was mandatory than if it was left up to them voluntarily..
And the only way to ensure that your app is the one that is being used among among all the competition is to sign up deals with directly Corporations,Schools,entertainment/ sporting events, and travel industry companies making mandatory that your app is the app of choice/
