Of course that is possible . And I hope your perspective is correct. My experience in public companies and working with boards , and seeing first hand what’s good board governance is and what isn’t , leads me to believe there is a bit of a litmus test from the exchange for management to clean up what caused the board failure in managing executive comp. I am sure even though it has been settled, it gave the powers that be on the NASDAQ cause for concern.
