Les Paul’s email is poorly written, but he seems to be saying that he has been put in a position where he has no choice but to resign his QMVT board seat because QTMM’s deal with Pasaca contemplates transferring to Pasaca assets which belong to QMVT without fair value being given to QMVT in exchange. Les Paul was probably right to resign his board seat, technically speaking. Only time will tell if the conflict involves real substance that exposes QTMM, Pasaca or QTMM insiders to liability.
