This is why they formed a separate company. China is fine to work with. I agree that if this were 10-years ago and we did not form a partnership which gives them the rights to the IP we should be worried. Clearly there is now a stream of cash coming out of China which will continue to stream back to NGIO. You cannot succeed without risk. Forming a group partnership is mitigation of this risk while locking in payments.
