Well, it's interesting. Dr von Hofe is a member of the NGIO BOD. And you've even come here to suggest him as a replacement for Joe.
If you think he's a suitable replacement, don't you think it would be a good idea to call him and have a discussion about your thoughts? Or is an incredibly accomplished Doctor who is integral to the future of the company, and apparently a good candidate to run said company, not capable of having a professional discussion with a concerned shareholder?
