I dump doesn't have a good word for anyone.As you stated Les is a good man ..he has partners in QMVT though that he also has to report to.This is just a page in the novel which I've turned already..it will resolve itself internally.Unfortunately when one resigns the whole resignation letter gets published,perhaps he didnt know that.
