There is a plan to get to the NASDAQ. Joe made a lot of strides to clean up the financials, etc. But we ran out of time before the last couple of items for qualification met standards, had to take on some bad debt, and the share price no longer was above the minimum.

It is a priority to get uplisted as soon as possible. If the vaccine comes thru and/or NGIO uplists and gives GNBT cash and marketable assets, we will probably have a shot later this year.
