A number of people have speculated that CYDY is in a quiet period. I agree they are eerily quiet.
I pulled the following from the web:
While we would not have an IPO, we could have a SPO, i.e., a Secondary Public Offering. I don't know what Quiet Period exists in a SPO.
But, interesting is the fact that the ProActive video taken down and eventually put up again, without the host and without the stock price prediction. The stock price prediction would be a big no, no for a Quiet Period.
Is that the reason for the takedown and editing of the ProActive video into a Q&A with the CEO?

What Is a Quiet Period?
Prior to a company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO), the quiet period is an SEC-mandated embargo on promotional publicity. This prohibits management teams or their marketing agents from making forecasts or expressing any opinions about the value of their company.
