Read that...basically I think Steve went with the partner moving forward with the biggest upside for shareholders.If Les and partners received the same amount of shares for the first funding then they will be just fine.I had the opportunity to engage Les and he is defintely a very good person,he spoke highly of Steve in our conversation.Unfortunately this is a business decision and sometimes in business you gotta do tough things.Nice to see some contracts are lined up by Les and he is committed to fullfilling closing deals for QMC
