100% agree with that philosophy. I will consider the 100,000 @ $4.20 a gift to the lucky individual who happens to pick them up, and I'll be set for the year! I have accumulated enough shares thankfully where that will not even budge the share count.
All I was saying earlier is talk to YOUR tax guy before selling ANY amount and make sure you get to keep as much of your money for yourself and your family/friends as possible. There are write-offs and gifts that can be added to that amount I believe (I will be asking about that specifically soon hopefully) but again, ask a professional, don't take any tax advice from this board
