And agree with you on many points...the reason why 3 is important is mostly for the rkt plant and others....if there is to be any profit sharing then yes it is all about proc 3... But it sounds like 1 and 2 are working reasonably well...so one would assume that if 3 works a little better then 1 or 2. The NF site will be CFP....which will no doubt provide additional credibility to this process...so in the short term ...yes it is all about 3... But long term it is not...it's more important to hear that 1 and 2 are working consistently...as they have not in the past....imvho
