I have wondered about this - would requesting 42 day mortality data push the data collection period and unblinding out 14 days, or would they only use the data from patients that had been in the trial 42 days at the time of unblinding based on the 28 day data collection? In other words, are we waiting fo the 42 day data and unblinding has not occurred?
