Sorry if this has been answered before and if not hopefully someone has the answer:
If CD12 is an adaptive trial, can the 42 day mortality be added as an endpoint even through the 75% DSMB recommendation path was not taken?
Seems to me that if the goal is to measure how effective the drug is performing and doctors are keeping patience longer on the ventilator in critical states to try to save them then the more accurate picture would be 42 vs 28. Potentially even longer than 42 if that was feasible.
