Did you notice the $200,000 tax assessment, which is the maximum for Delaware? The Delaware website has an online Franchise Tax calculator. When I put in the old OTC Markets figures (latest available) for UNIVEC, it may indicate that UNIVEC Conglomerate has at least $22 million in assets, and likely much, much more. Again, the tax assessment is capped at $200,000, so it may be at least this much.

Also, the fact that UNIVEC is in "Good Standing" as of 2/6/21 is fantastic news! Here we go!!!
