There has been speculation on this board about how the CYDY announcement will be handled. Here is the RLF-100 timing:
Today's PR was stamped 7:13 am on Yahoo. They announced in the PR that a conference call would be held at 9:00 am EST to discuss results. Per my looking at today's graph, there was not a halt in trading.
Big Rock Partners Acquisition (BRPA), a SPAC who is merging with NeuroRx, filed a Form 8K this morning with the PR as an attachment.
