Sean, unless I'm misreading your post, you're misreading the RELIEF results. You wrote "what was seen was a death in both groups," which is only correct if you are referring to death from hypotension. One died from each group from that cause.
Overall, as they write, 136 were given ZYESAMI. while 67 received the SOC. 91 ZYESAMI survived, and 47 SOC survived, through Day 28. So 45 died in the treatment arm, only 20 in SOC; double the SOC side to make the number of patients even, and still there were 5 deaths MORE on the Zyesami side. That's a crash and burn failure, no matter the PE.
