Back a long time ago, I looked into this.
At that time is was not $ worth it, as it cost more to convert than worth.
I have not done the analysis again.
However, from what I remember each single share is equal to 100,000 common.
I have 2 of them from back in the day, so 200,000 for a value of about $950 today. From what I remember that would have been worth the conversion.
