Joe can stay on as Chairman... at a certain point why not bring in someone who can help bring this to the next professional level. Plenty out there ... especially if this is going to be big!! Right? Plenty of money if its going to be BIG like Joe says.

He has done great with what he had now its time to hand it off to a seasoned CEO to guide Generex to profits.

My fear is that they keep it between 3 to 4 guys and thats when fraud starts or started. Bring in outside seasoned CEO now Joe! and step down!
