Some have postulated that bad news is a material event that must be disclosed within 3 business days. Perhaps that is what we are seeing with RLFTF? I don't know if this theory is true. Has anyone seen any evidence?

If true, this may bode well for us, as from what I'm told RLFTF completed enrollment of their trial 9 days before us. (I need to verify this also)
