.03 no ..05 maybe . There are some that want it to go to .05 only to buy more . I feel there is getting to be more of a strong wind upwards then downwards . However though we all have been wrong in the past . We all would like things to happen now but unfortunately we will have to wait and it will be worth the weight in gold
