Excellent response Toodles. Notaguru, if you are looking for someone to makes excuses for Dalton's actions, this is not that board. The fact is, we have no idea why Dalton is dragging this out. Since everything now appears to be in place as far as we know, the wait could very well come down to allowing time for specific investors to build their positions. If you can think of another possibility, then lets hear it.
