Current pps is a pre-split equivalent of .00058, but share count has been diluted 100 times over, if I recall. Debt has been reduced, but not eliminated. The DOD hopes seem at least temporarily obscure, while other contracts are not yet visible either. They’ve got working capital for marketing, while we don’t yet know how effective that will be. No clarity about revenues yet. With an OS of over 700 million, until there is a MAJOR contract, or known and published revenues, I just don’t see $1 a share, as what company with this track record and no known revenues is priced at $700 million?

That said, very little about current markets makes sense to me right now.... in 14 years, I have never seen such gymnastics across the board in OTC penny and sub-penny stocks. For ONCE, i’m Not ashamed to be “a gutter snipe”!
