I can tell you from my experience last week. I contacted Kush and Sky at Amarex and they had the EIND paperwork to me in no time. Sky ends up being the contact- not sure what his role is there. Anyway, he recommended I provide the doctors with the Patterson and Yang papers, along with any published works that supported use- credible info- ie, don't go linking the Proactive videos.
Unfortunately for my friend, he passed within 12 hours of me sharing that with the family. He had been in the hospital for a week and I had no idea, which will weigh on me when this is approved.
