Very interesting in checking this New Jersey based holdings (real estate/insurance) company.. I'll point out they have been 'current' and QB listed in good standing... may have been a shell in 2018 and taken over or restarted in August 2018 or something like that... became QB exactly one year ago.... has had no news since September (quiet period?- four months).

My TD Ameritrade shows no info for it today even though there is a bid-ask and volume around 6M ... up tremendously (opened roughly .18, now at about .45) with amazing trading all day so far ... it will likely be halted tomorrow.

Tremendous activity today just based on the fact it's uplisting....

UNVC has not even seen one document yet....

I believe UNVC will be even more spectacular!
