Today i closed my Schwab account and fired my broker for lending my CYDY shares without my consent and knowledge. I have told them not to do that in the past and today he sent me a copy of my contract stating that they can do this within a margin account and dont need to ask my permission to do so. I am not sure how many of my shares were used to work with the shorts but it wont happen again. This made me so furious since they were aware of my concerns in the past and never once mentioned it to me.
