I believe very soon before quarter 1 for sure thats what he told us all....He is an amazing man and he has followed through many many times. And his follows are bread crumbs for us all, I know that and if he doesnt follow someone its for reason cause he knows we are all over that stuff. He is very methodical with all his moves.
