GNBT traded the 300 million shares for the super voting shares with NGIO. Then NGIO canceled those shares. NGIO couldn't cancel shares that are in the possession of another company.
As well, even with the super voting shares that GNBT now holds, the voting percentage of NGIO has not changed. Generex diluted their ownership percentage to maintain the same voting rights as they had when NGIO was first structured. I dont recall hearing complaints back then about voting.
