Do we know for sure they're going to do a PR about the test results as soon as they get them? Or are they going to make us wait until an IND is filed with the FDA/SEC afterwards - I would guess in about 14 days, if we are lucky.
On the Nasdaq listing front - maybe I'm mistaken, but I was under the impression that all 3 of the NGIO S-1's would need to be refiled with amendments before a Nasdaq listing occurs. One of the three had direct comments from the SEC, and since originally filed in September there have been material changes to the company structure (300 million retired shares).
