Justanass posted more comments about the CEO committing fraud today.
This reply below was deleted and removed twice, i have been warned multiple times for refuting or calling out claims by bashers. But also their intent, of course those get deleted..
So your suggesting/implying that the CEO is committing fraud, those are some serious allegations to be making as the Moderator of a Investment Community Board. Is that appropriate and in accordance with the TOS of IHUB? I'll make sure to continue screen shot this for future reference.
Moderators should be held accountable for posting comments about a CEO or Officers Significant others in an attempt to disenfranchise investors if they are shorting a stock or working on behalf of those that are shorting a stock. Isn't that illegal?
