NO AQUISITION!!! As I mentioned in a previous post (#26015), that was the brilliant move Joe made to exchange 300 million common shares for 300 million votes in order to keep control of the NGIO company. Joe has reorganized GNBT into a HOLDING company. If GNBT doesn’t hold anything then the company is worthless. If NGIO was sold, then what? GNBT gets a pile of cash, but no future income. True GNBT would still other holdings, but by comparison NGIO is the “golden goose” Besides, Joe hasn’t worked his butt off just so some Big Pharma Money Bags could get all the NGIO future glory.
