KRAS-G12C increases cellular glucose uptake allowing tumors to grow rapidly. Their inhibitor downregulates the glucose uptake. Glucose uptake is regulated by CCL5 (RANTES) through mTORc. So how helpful their inhibitor would be depends on how well CCR5 regulates glucose uptake in comparison.
