I have not heard of him either.
He obviously has a large interest in Zion Oil and Gas. Appreciate his investment. Pretty sure that's where the money is coming from, or at least a good amount of it.
I think I remember seeing something about him on the "other area" around the time Zion purchased the oil rig.
Anyway, I posted to the "other area" to see what can be uncovered.
