I cant say its definitive, but I've searched the following terms on clinicaltrials.gov
long hauler

Under long hauler Leronlimab is the only entry. But if you search for "post covid" there are 10 different entries. Most are rehabilitation or questionnaires. But I do see Prednisone, Pirfenidone, and naltrexone as three studies involving medications.
