So if C&C is an entity in itself with it's own management then what is your assessment as to why TECO is just starting to receive production numbers i.e. 8.5 BPD to the most recent 25 BPD? I always questioned TECO's management of their drilling teams.  I still question what the hell  TECO has been doing for the last five years if not firing C&C as a start and finding a better crew and regardless of whether that crew is a 3rd party service or direct employees of TECO?
