Can you elaborate your take away on the partnership. I understood we were (as of mid December ) working with a joint group of Chinese biotech companies, funds and governmental agencies. This was the 100k payment paid due to the delay in standing up the joint venture company which was supposed to pay $5m.
I remember Sinopharm being discussed as a partner back in Aug Sept and then they seemed to have given way to this new JV.
Very confusing. Is this the same JV we were involved in in December?
