The goons have true existential threats now:
1) GEN Y's don't like hedge fund shorts. They might invest here just based on morality.
2) Shorting currently is out of favor. Firms that allowed naked shorting are worried, so there will be less participation and it will cost more.
3) New legislation may make shorting and naked shorting more difficult.
4) Flashmob investors may rocket this stock up at any moment.
