Me too. And then again immediately after market close, I wait for the PR.
We're all anxious for the news. Investors stand to profit. But I think for most of us a successful trial provides hope.
Hope that we can protect our loved ones.
Hope that we can reopen the economy and get people back to work.
Hope that we can get our children back to school
A successful trial, EUA and scaled up manufacturing gives us a legitimate shot at turning the tide in this pandemic.
I try not to harp on the next point as I don't want to come across as pumping. This is just my opinion, and I have no data to support it. But I believe that if we show a meaningful impact on mortality in our trial, and recieved EUA, we will have the opportunity to perfect dosing. And, we will likely find other medicines that are supplementary to LL. These two things combined could allow us to substantially improve our mortality reduction.
If we reduce mortality in this trial by say 50%, how much higher will it go? It could be considerably higher.
